After intensive research and evaluation from female test riders, Ergon calculated the relief opening of the SF Women Sport Gel and placed it far forward. This relief channel is specifically tailored to the female anatomy and removes pressure off the sensitive area.

When cycling, most of your body weight rests on the saddle. To prevent discomfort in the extremely sensitive soft tissue and genital areas, the pressure is distributed as evenly as possible over the sit bones with anatomical gel pads. On longer rides, the gel pads of the SF Womenen Sport Gel, are noticeably more effective than with the traditional padding found on the SF Women model.
